This Privacy Policy explains how UPLIFT PINNACLE LLC (“UPLIFT PINNACLE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, contact us by phone, email, SMS, or social media, request a quote, schedule service, or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”).
United States Only. We only provide services within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please do not use the Services or submit personal information to us (see Service Area & International Users below).

1) Information We Collect
a) Information you provide directly
Identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, address/ZIP), service details (photos/notes), billing-related information (processed via our payment processor), communications (emails, SMS, calls, reviews, surveys).
b) Information collected automatically
IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, and cookies or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and marketing (see Cookies & Tracking).
c) Information from third parties
Lead/referral sources, payment processors, analytics/advertising partners, fraud/security vendors, and public sources (e.g., property records for service area checks).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless reasonably necessary (e.g., accessibility needs) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see Children’s Privacy).
2) How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, schedule, and complete services; process payments/invoices.
- Communicate about quotes, appointments, updates, and support (phone, email, SMS).
- Personalize content and improve our website and customer experience.

Where applicable, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. However, we do not offer services to individuals outside the U.S. (see below).
4) How We Disclose Information
We may share information with service providers/contractors (dispatch, technicians, hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment), business/lead partners, advertising/analytics partners (subject to your choices), authorities where legally required, and in business transfers (e.g., merger or sale).
We do not sell personal information for money. Some states define certain ad/analytics uses as a “sale” or “sharing.” See State Privacy Rights.
5) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, remembering preferences, analytics, and, where applicable, marketing. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect performance. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

We retain information as long as needed to provide Services and for legal/accounting/insurance purposes, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided or contact us; reply STOP to non-essential SMS; adjust cookie/ad settings in your browser and applicable platforms.
9) State Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA) may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of targeted advertising, “sale/share,” and certain profiling, plus an appeal right (where applicable) and non-discrimination.

California (CPRA) disclosures: categories collected may include identifiers, customer records, commercial data, internet/usage, approximate geolocation, audio/electronic (voicemails), and limited inferences; sources include you/your devices, providers/partners, lead sources, and public records; purposes/disclosures and retention as described. We do not knowingly sell/share data of consumers under 16.
Nevada: We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law; opt-out requests may be sent to upliftpinnacle7@gmail.com.
10) Service Area & International Users
Our Services are intended for U.S. residents only, and we only provide services within the United States. We do not purposefully market to, target, or offer services to individuals outside the U.S. If you access our site from outside the U.S. and submit information, you understand your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., and we may decline to provide services and/or delete your information where appropriate.
If you are located outside the U.S., please do not use the Services or submit personal information to us.
11) Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12) Third-Party Services & Links
Third-party websites/apps linked from our site are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
13) Call Recording & Cameras (If Applicable)
If we record calls or collect on-site photos/videos for documentation or safety, we do so in accordance with applicable law and, where required, provide notice or obtain consent.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” indicates when changes took effect. Material changes will be posted here.
